Product features: The flame retardant masterbatch is specially developed for XPE. It is a bromine-antimony flame retardant system. According to different situations, adding 12-15% can pass the flame retardant British standard BS-5852 test. , reduce the dripping of burning materials and so on.
Appearance: White cylindrical particles with a diameter of 3-5mm and a length of 3-5mm

Uses: It is used for flame retardant and fireproof modification of XPE. Flame retardant XPE is widely used in soft furniture, toys, sports products and other industries.
Product dosage: The recommended dosage is 12-15%.
Packing: 25kg per bag, lined with composite film woven bag or paper-plastic composite bag
Storage and transportation: non-dangerous goods storage and transportation. For long-term storage, please keep away from light and moisture

Usage advice and precautions:
1. This product belongs to bromine-antimony flame retardant masterbatch. The formula is specially designed, with the characteristics of less dosage, high temperature resistance, no yellowing, and no adverse effect on XPE color matching.
2. Fillers such as calcium carbonate must not be added to the product, otherwise the flame retardant effect will be greatly reduced or even invalid!
3. The addition amount of the product is only a suggestion. In order to achieve the best effect, the customer needs to comprehensively consider the flame retardant requirements, test conditions and substrates and other factors to determine during the use process.
