This product is an electret masterbatch with high melting index homopolypropylene as the carrier. The high-efficiency electret in the masterbatch can effectively increase the long-term charge trapping effect in the meltblown cloth, so that it can absorb (+) positive charges. Dust, bacteria, viruses, aerosols and other harmful substances in the air, thereby improving the filtration efficiency of the meltblown layer in the mask (up to 95%-99%) is an essential functional material for the manufacture of special meltblown non-woven fabrics for masks .

Instructions:
①Mix with polypropylene resin according to the appropriate proportion or adjust the proportion with the master batch feeding metering device.
②After stable production, the non-woven fabric is charged by applying voltage through the host device.
