There are more than 30 sets of experimental equipment. The existing experimental twin-screw extruder, experimental internal mixer, spinning machine, injection molding machine, film blowing machine and other equipment in the application simulation laboratory can simulate a variety of plastic processing means such as extrusion, film blowing, wire drawing, injection molding, extrusion foaming and so on, which greatly improves the efficiency of product testing and development.
The performance testing laboratory has special testing equipment such as colorimeter, tensile tester, aging tester, flame retardant test box, dispersion tester, whiteness tester, Hazemeter and antistatic tester, which can provide such as tensile strength test, color analysis, whiteness measurement, resin fluidity test, rheological property test and surface resistivity test.
The existing DSC/TGA synchro thermal analyzer, fluorescence spectrophotometer, ash content tester, pH meter, crosslinking gel fraction test stand and other equipment can carry out the formulation design, composition analysis and other experiments.

Equipment inspection
All raw materials before warehousing shall be tested, and the corresponding physical property report of raw materials shall be issued, which shall be compared with the physical property report of raw materials. Only when the test values of the two physical property reports are consistent can they be warehoused.
In the process of product production, the intermediate inspection personnel shall regularly inspect the semi-finished products to ensure the rationality of the process and control the defective rate within a reasonable range.
Inspect the key indicators such as color difference, pressure value and dispersion of finished products in batches to ensure that the finished products are 100% qualified.
Regularly test various indexes of the equipment to judge whether it needs adjustment, repair and update, so as to ensure the quality of products.
